Careers

Help Rewrite the Blueprint

Join a world-class team building the infrastructure that will transform how drugs are developed — and save lives in the process.

Founded in 2023 by Yale scientists, Revalia Bio is a high-growth startup addressing a structural gap in drug and device development: the lack of scalable human-relevant data.

To fill this gap, Revalia has developed a first-of-its-kind integrated data system designed to capture and structure high-fidelity human biological data. Revalia's studies are conducted using revived donated human organs and generate insights that help inform development decisions across research and clinical programs.

Founded on the premise of ethical donor stewardship, Revalia's mission is to honor the legacy of every organ donor by turning the loss of one life into knowledge that shapes the future of medicine.

We have proudly been generating revenue from day one, and today our mission is backed by $20M in venture funding and $30M in government contracts. Revalia is also an ARPA-H award winner and is backed by some of the most forward-thinking institutions.

Our company includes an accomplished, diverse team of scientists, clinicians, and developers from organizations such as Johnson & Johnson, Amazon, Google, and more.

We attract team members who aren't satisfied with the status quo in drug and device development. They are patient-focused individuals, passionate about being part of something no one else has done.

Our Philosophy:

  • We are motivated by the belief that we can get better, safer drugs and devices to patients faster.
  • Our team is guided by scientific rigor and translational integrity.
  • We believe in ethical stewardship and honoring the gift of organ donation with operational excellence.
  • We foster collaboration across the life sciences industry, ensuring alignment with clinical settings, regulatory standards, and academic institutions.
  • We value thoughtful communication, precision, and responsible leadership.

We're Looking for Individuals Who:

  • Bring a unique perspective and an impressive background
  • Are ready and willing to immerse themselves in fast-moving startup life
  • Interested in human biological data, organ perfusion, and cutting-edge hardware and software
  • Value operational precision as much as scientific creativity
  • Are motivated by long-term impact in human-centered science
